This clinical case describes the treatment of an adult patient with a crossbite in the anterior sector, severe crowding in both arches, and both molar and canine dental class III, together with the presence of dental agenesis of tooth 47.
The proposed treatment includes the use of a distalizer Motion appliance class III and brackets carriere SLX 3D, as well as a gingivectomy at the end of treatment.
